1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member", "you") and rg77.cam ("rg77", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the rg77 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content offered through the website at rg77.cam and any associated mobile applications or platforms.

2.3 Capacity and Authority

By registering an account, you warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and are not subject to any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from forming a binding contract. Withdrawals may be suspended until satisfactory verification is completed. Refusal to provide requested documents may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Account Information Updates

You must ensure that all information held in your account remains accurate and up-to-date. It is your responsibility to notify rg77 promptly of any changes to your personal details, contact information, or payment methods. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays in communication, inability to process withdrawals, or account suspension.

4. DEPOSITS, WITHDRAWALS, AND FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your rg77 account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, online banking through major Philippine banks (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), and such other methods as rg77 may make available from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Platform and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise agreed with rg77 support. Standard withdrawal processing times are 30-60 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and 24-48 hours for bank transfers. rg77 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. 4.3 Wagering Requirements

Funds deposited to your account, whether cash deposits or bonus funds, may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. 4.4 Payment Processing

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the rg77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in another currency, currency conversion will be performed by your payment provider, and you may incur currency conversion fees imposed by that provider.

5. BONUSES, PROMOTIONS, AND LOYALTY PROGRAMS

5.4 Bonus Abuse

6.2 Collusion and Cheating

• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying any Platform software

6.3 Unacceptable Conduct

6.4 Consequences of Prohibited Activity

If rg77 determines that you have engaged in prohibited activity, we reserve the right to take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: immediately suspend or terminate your account, void any bets or wagers, confiscate account balances and withhold withdrawals, report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities including PAGCOR and law enforcement, and pursue legal action to recover damages.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on the rg77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, audio, video, and data compilations, is the property of rg77 or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. The rg77 trademark, logo, and all related marks are proprietary trademarks of rg77. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without express written permission from rg77.

By using the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its contents, any collection or use of game listings or descriptions, any derivative use of the Platform or its contents, or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

THE RG77 PLATFORM AND ALL GAMES, SERVICES, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RG77 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

rg77 does not warrant that the Platform will operate error-free, that defects will be corrected, that the Platform or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components, or that games will function without interruption or technical difficulties. You acknowledge that your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

IN NO EVENT SHALL RG77, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF WINNINGS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF RG77 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, rg77's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Prior to initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact rg77 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through our customer support channels. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR for mediation as the regulatory authority overseeing Philippine online gaming operations.

10. GENERAL PROVISIONS

10.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

10.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific games or promotions, constitute the entire agreement between you and rg77 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.

10.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from rg77. rg77 may freely assign these Terms and any rights or obligations hereunder to any third party without restriction.
